尊敬的老师、同学们：

大家上午好！

今天我来分享我有关励志演讲的想法。

第一，要坚信你自己，要有自信，心有多大，舞台就有多大！只有认可自己，才能获得自信，才能给自己每一天清晰的方向。面对困境，不要叹息，而是要积极地努力，要让自己变得更好，拥抱挑战，勇往直前！

第二，要勇于担当、勇于构思，你的脑容量不大，因此要利用你的大脑及时做好记录，认真打好思考基础，勇于构思多样思路，这样才能拥有广阔的视野，牢牢立住理论的大局。

第三，要勤奋用功，人之所以有成就，是因为付出了艰辛努力。每一个成就前面都是坚持不懈的拼搏，要按部就班，厚道固基，不断叠加，就一定会获得收获！

最后，要有使命感，总有一些事情是我们不得不做的，而有时放弃后有新的机会在等待我们。人的一生都要有追求，有使命，不能停止自我去追寻，去做更多更好的结果！

同学们，正如诗人张九龄所言：“日益为明德尚，月将西江更，此时无声胜有声，此处最美丽”以上，就是我对励志演讲的看法，分享给大家。

Good morning everyone!

Today, I’d like to share my thoughts on motivational speeches.

First of all, believe in yourself and have confidence. The more faith you have in yourself, the bigger the stage you can show yourself. Only by recognizing yourself can you gain confidence and give yourself a clear direction each day. Instead of complaining when faced with difficulties, strive your best to become better, embrace challenges, and march ahead bravely.

Second, be brave to take responsibility, be creative, and record your ideas in time. As your brain capacity is not very large, make use of it to thinking foundation in time. Be creative to have different ideas, so that you can have a broad vision and stand firmly in the theoretical overall situation.

Third, work hard and diligently. People can achieve something due to the hardworking efforts. Behind each accomplishment is the unremitting struggle. We should keep when schedule and establish a firm foundation. Then the result will come naturally.

Last but not least, have a mission. There are always some things that we have to do, and sometimes there are new opportunities waiting for you after giving up. People’s life should have a pursuit, a mission, and can’t stop to explore and reach for better outcome.
