I, Liu Zhaoxia, hereby submit my application for the National Inspirational Scholarship for the 2019/2020 academic year. I am a grade 12 student at Longyan High School with excellent academic standing.
The reason I wish to pursue this scholarship is because I want to be an inspiring role model for others and a successful leader. Since middle school, I have been actively engaged in voluntary activities relating to environmental protection as I strongly believe in the importance of giving back to the community. For instance, I have conducted a tree-planting event at local parks and led a campaign to discourage the use of non-recyclable plastic bags in stores. All these actions are driven by the core value of social responsibility, which has been deeply instilled in me after attending countless charity work events.
In addition, I have also demonstrated noteworthy leadership on receiving the Post Graduate Exchange Program between China and Australia in my grade 11 year.
