一、学历条件

1. Academic qualifications

1.1应届高中、中职毕业生

1.1 Graduates of high school and vocational school

1.2具有相应高职学历；

1.2 Have corresponding higher vocational qualifications;

1.3注册乙级建造师证书；

1.3 Registered Grade B Builder Certificate;

1.4具有相应的高中以上本专科学历及以上学历的职业资格证书复审合格，并取得实习合格证书；

1.4 Pass the re-examination of vocational qualification certificate with corresponding high school or above and obtain the internship qualification certificate.

二、作业考试

2. Operational Examination

2.1参加实操演练，准备个人电子版要点介绍，以及相关的作业材料作为前置材料；

2.1 Participate in practical drills and prepare personal electronic version of points and related work materials as pre-materials;

2.2准备作业考核数据材料；

2.2 Prepare operation assessment data material;

2.3结合要点介绍完成个人作业；

2.3 Finish personal operations in combination with point introduction;

2.4考试数据报告要求较高，需达到综合评分 84 分以上；

三、专业课考试

3.1报考科目包括：普通话、结构学、机电一体化、安装基础、安全技术、施工调度、项目管理等；

3.2考试规则如下：考试采取笔试和机试相结合的形式进行，考试形式为开放式考试，考试结果需达到综合评价标准 85 分以上；

3.3考试须满足“六考八项”，即必考六科，选考八科，根据测评成绩报考、报考院校等。

不能，不能免考一级建造师。因为二级建造师的考试是针对一般建造管理的任务，而一级建造师的考试是针对高级建造管理的任务，两种考试内容有很大的不同，不能相互取代。
