According to the Measures for the Management of the Examination Results of the First-class Registered Construction Engineer (Housing and Urban Construction Department Developed and Issued [2016] 47), for those who have participated in and passed the examinations which include the unified examinations and score reportings twice or more but failed or have not reached the center line, they will not be arranged to participate in the third examination.

Article 22 The results of the national first-class constructor examination shall be calculated according to the standard of the national first-class constructor examination results management measures (Revised in 2012, approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).
