摘要

随着市场竞争和经济环境的不断变化，企业管理者需要更加具体、精细、完善的管理手段，而会计政策和会计报表的数据需要有效的把控，满足管理控制的需求。因此，战略管理会计便成为企业管理上的必备工具，其有效的管理模式必须通过合理的方法体系来建立。本文从战略管理会计的背景和特点出发，就其方法体系进行探讨，提出一套合理的战略管理会计方法体系。并进行分析，从而指出战略管理会计在实践中的具体作用和作用机制，为企业管理者提供数据支持，助力企业发展。

Abstract

With the continuous changes of market competition and economic environment, managers of enterprises need more specific and perfect management measures, and the data of accounting policies and accounting statements need to be effectively controlled to meet the needs of management and control. Therefore, strategic management accounting has become an indispensable tool for enterprise management. Its effective management model must be established through a reasonable method system. This paper starts from the background and characteristics of strategic management accounting, discusses its methodology system, and proposes a reasonable strategic management accounting methodology. And through analysis to point out the specific role and mechanism of strategic management accounting in practice, to provide data support for enterprise managers and help to promote the development of enterprises.
